The school name Rachel Arngnammaktiq is named for a very prominent, inspirational lady from the community. The late Rachel Arngnammaktiq was known for her ability to inspire other people to do their best at whatever they attempted to do. She strongly believed in education and survival of the culture and language in her community. If people of all ages had problems, they would share them with Rachel and, in most cases, her sound advice and kind words was a wellness very much appreciated. Please browse
